1. 💵 Payment

  • Pay directly to the therapist after the session.

  • No deposit or prepayment required.

  • Fare includes tip & travel cost.

2. 👤 Wrong Therapist Arrived

  • You have the right to request a change or cancel without fee.

3. 🔁 Changing Therapist On-Site

  • Switching therapist after arrival: support fee P100

  • If the massage has started: full fare applies.

4. 🎫 Ticket Upgrade

  • You may upgrade/change service ticket anytime—just inform the therapist.

5. ❌ Appointment Cancellation

  • Before therapist starts traveling: Free.

  • After traveling/arrival: P100 fee.

6. 🏨 Hotel Room Costs

  • Clients are responsible for booking and paying for hotel/motel rooms if needed.

  • Our staff only provides massage service.

7. 🔐 Privacy Policy

  • No video/photo/audio recording allowed during service.

8. 💰 Inability to Pay

  • If client cannot pay after service:
    ✅ May hold ID/documents/items temporarily
    ✅ Record evidence for follow-up
    ➡️ Items returned after full payment.

9. 🚫 No Inappropriate Services

  • We only provide professional, wellness-focused massages.
    ❌ Any inappropriate requests or private arrangements → we disclaim responsibility & reserve the right to refuse future service.
